OUR WAREHOUSE: home of MULTI-FAMILY SALES. This is an option we offer customers when they don't have enough inventory to warrant a sale within their own home or the location is a Condo or Apartment whose Bi-laws will not allow a sale to be conducted on site.
We combine many families together, bring items to our warehouse and offer them for sale..These sales are usually very large, 3500 s.f. warehouse, with a wide variety of inventory. They are presented just like an Estate Sale in a private home . Our Warehouse Sales are scheduled approximately every 8 weeks. Advertising is the same; www.EstateSales.net, Face Book, Craigslist, Local newspapers.
Multi-Family Estate/Liquidation is a Service we provide our IN HOME customers also. The customer ALWAYS makes the most money when the Sale is done in their home. When having an Estate Sale at your own home first, we then can take the items that did not sell at your home and give them a second chance at our warehouse.
